1. Is this an adult only event ?
We highly recommend Femme Fatale as a 18 and over event. However the Hobart venue is at the Playhouse Theatre which is not a bar or club, therefore as long as no alcohol is consumed under 18s will be permitted. We strongly recommend the show for an 18 and over audience as it contains adult themes, tasteful nudity (usually pasties and g-string) and some coarse language. We recommend that anyone under 18 is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. What time does the show start?
The show will start at 8.30pm. However doors will open at 8pm to allow time to have a drink and mingle with our roving performers.
3. How do I book my tickets
Tickets will be sold via Trybooking.com and links will be posted on Facebook and on the Miss Kitty’s Meow website. The booking system is fairly straightfoward. 5..Are food and drinks available?
Yes. The Playhouse Theatre has a bar that serves wine, beer and soft drinks. They also have some nibbles availbale (chocolate bars, peanuts etc). If you are after a substantial meal before the show the New Sydney Hotel is always popular and is close by. Other nearby eateries are the Mercure Hotel, Tandoor Curry House. Shamrock Hotel and Ethos.
6. Why are ticket prices more expensive than previous years?
Miss Kitty’s Meow always aims to offer quality entertainment at the best value prices. Our prices are on par with other States and Territories. Comparatively our prices are higher than previous shows at the Playhouse Theatre simply due to increased costs for the venue. We also have to accommodate interstate performers and pay our local artists, backstage helpers, front of house staff and more. We also accommodate interstate performers.
